Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions from Stuart and Martin County homeowners — grouped by topic, each linking back to its page.
Visiting, scheduling & what to bring
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?+
No. Our Stuart showroom is walk-in. Stop by during showroom hours — Mon-Fri 8:30-5, Sat 10-2 — and a team member will walk you through the materials.
What should I bring to the showroom?+
Photos of your current space, rough measurements, and any inspiration pictures you've saved. The more we can see, the better we can point you to the right materials.
How do I schedule an in-home measure?+
After a showroom visit or phone call, we set up a time to come measure your space. You can request a measure through the lead form on any service page or by calling us.
Can I bring my contractor or designer?+
Absolutely. We're happy to work alongside your contractor or designer in the showroom so everyone is looking at the same materials and on the same page.
What happens after I pick my materials?+
We put together a written quote based on your in-home measure and selections, then schedule the work. You'll see the schedule before installation begins.
